1. Terms

By accessing the website at www.watchmatrix.com ("WatchMatrix") you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

The Website is a product of Chaos Technologies, LLC. You understand and acknowledge that Chaos Technologies, LLC owns all right title and interest to the Website and all proprietary rights associated therewith and reserves all rights not specifically granted herein.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the Website exclusively for individual use. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title. Without the express written consent of Chaos Technologies, LLC, you may not:

1. Modify or copy the materials;
2. Use the materials for any other commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
3. Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the Website;
4. Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
5. Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Chaos Technologies, LLC at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

3. Subscription

You may not use WatchMatrix , Enthusiast or Professional plans ("Premium Services") without a valid subscription to WatchMatrix. To obtain a subscription, you must register for the Service by completing the online registration form available on the Website. You will receive a seven (7) day trial subscription to the Professional service, beginning on the date on which WatchMatrix accepts your subscription. If you do not terminate your subscription during this trial period, the initial term of your regular Professional service subscription will start immediately after the seven (7) day trial period ends and will continue until it is terminated. If you have taken a trial for the same membership in the past, you will not receive a seven (7) day trial and your account will be charged immediately.

Cancellation and refund policy: f you cancel before the end of the 7-day trial, and we will not charge your credit card. After that, you may cancel within 6 months, and we will give you a pro-rated refund. No refund will be given if you cancel after 6 months of the subscription. The amount you will not be refunded is based on the number of months multiplied by the monthly membership rate. No refund is available for monthly subscriptions. Certain processing fees may apply. The initial minimum subscription payment term is 12 months for annual plans, and 1 month for monthly plans. You will be charged at the beginning of each subscription term, which covers the full term of services. You understand that, unless you notify us that you wish to terminate your subscription before the end of your then-current subscription term, your subscription will continue to automatically renew for successive terms of the same duration and account will be charged for each such renewal at the subscription fee in effect at the time of that renewal. The term "subscription term" shall refer to the term of your subscription then in effect, regardless of whether it is the initial term or any renewal of that term. Any subscription to a Premium Service is exclusively for personal or professional research purposes and must be used solely by the person who purchased the subscription. It may not be utilized to build an application intended for use by end-users other than for you. You must disclose in any printed or shared document containing the WatchMatrix data either the WatchMatrix logo or reference that the data is from WatchMatrix.

4. Data Redistribution

WatchMatrix membership does not grant you the rights to redistribute and/or resell WatchMatrix data. If you want to redistribute or resell any data on the Website in any format, you need to obtain the proper data license from WatchMatrix. 5. Listings

The listings displayed by the Website are created by people over whom Chaos Technologies, LLC exercise no control. You acknowledge and understand that we have no control over the listings or other information posted therein. Listings displayed by the Website are displayed in an automated manner and are not screened by the Website. WatchEnthusiasts LLC cannot confirm that the sellers who created the listings are who they are or who they claim to be. WatchEnthusiasts LLC assumes no responsibility, and disclaims all liability, for the content, accuracy, completeness, legality, reliability, or availability of any listing, item, information, or website that is displayed the Website. Each listing, including the information and images contained therein, is copyrighted by its respective owner(s). The Website contain links to other sites on the Internet which are owned and operated by third party vendors and other third parties (the “External Sites”).
